Paid workspace and preparation tools

The passwordless My speeches workspace, browser print/cue-card tools, preparation checklist, optional reminder plan, structured feedback, and minimized client alerts are part of the current paid toolkit. Browser delivery tools are assistive; reminders are optional, off by default, separately consented from marketing, and stoppable.

Acceptance and service description

By accessing or using WeddingSpeechKit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

WeddingSpeechKit is an AI-powered assistive tool that creates wedding speech and vows drafts based on your inputs. We provide drafts and inspiration, not finished speeches. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, personalizing, and deciding whether the content is appropriate for your audience.

Eligibility and access

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• WeddingSpeechKit uses email-based recovery links and checkout metadata instead of password accounts.
• You are responsible for keeping your email account secure.
• The passwordless workspace requires a single-use 30-minute email link and a revocable session; an old session alone will not authorize sensitive actions.

Pricing and payment

The exact one-time price is shown before checkout. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise shown. Payment card information is handled by Creem, PayPal, or other payment processors and is not stored by WeddingSpeechKit.

Refund policy

To request a refund, email support@weddingspeechkit.com with the email used at checkout and your receipt or order ID.

The current public paid product is a single digital speech unlock. The refund review depends on whether the paid draft has already been unlocked or generated and whether the payment processor can still reverse the transaction.

Refund eligibility is assessed case by case under the applicable merchant of record policy and law. We do not promise a fixed refund period for a digital draft on this page.

AI-generated content disclaimer

We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, appropriateness, or audience reception of generated content. You must review and edit drafts before use. WeddingSpeechKit is not liable for consequences arising from your reliance on generated content.

AI outputs can contain mistakes, awkward wording, unsuitable jokes, or invented assumptions. Do not include sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the speech, and remove any line that would embarrass, defame, or harm another person.

A rewrite allowance is used when a candidate is generated, even if you discard it. The audience check is advisory: it does not guarantee accuracy, safety, suitability, or audience reaction, and it never changes your draft automatically. Practice mode does not use a microphone, record audio, analyze your voice, or score delivery.

You retain rights to your inputs and generated speeches. The WeddingSpeechKit brand, website, software, and templates remain our property.

Draft access, versions, and recovery

• Unpurchased previews are normally available for up to 24 hours. If checkout starts before expiry, fulfillment inputs, generated draft content, and minimum order linkage may remain while the payment provider reports pending or processing, a local cancellation is not yet provider-terminal, or provider status cannot yet be confirmed. They are cleared after a confirmed unsuccessful terminal state plus up to 1 hour of reconciliation grace. If the provider does not return a terminal state, retention may exceed 24 hours. This does not extend free preview access.
• A current paid draft is available for 12 months from its most recent access or edit. No proactive expiry reminder is currently promised.
• Up to 10 earlier versions are retained for 30 days.
• Recovery links are single-use and expire after 30 minutes.
• Opening the workspace list does not renew all drafts. Opening one available draft may count as access only for that draft.
• Deleting workspace access is different from deleting speech content or legally retained payment records.
• A deleted paid draft becomes inaccessible immediately and may be restored from the same device for 7 days before primary deletion.
• Encrypted backups may retain deleted content for up to 30 additional days and are not available for user recovery.

Copy or download the final speech for your own records. Payment, refund, tax, and fraud-prevention records may be retained separately where law or the payment provider requires it.

Browser print, cue cards, and preparation steps are assistive tools, not a promise that a speech is suitable or ready. Preparation reminders are optional, off by default, separate from marketing consent, and stoppable.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for illegal, harmful, defamatory, or abusive content.
• Do not use the service to create harassment, threats, hate speech, doxxing, blackmail, sexual content involving minors, or content that violates another person's privacy.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, free trial limits, Turnstile, or other security checks.
• Do not scrape, resell, or commercially exploit the service without permission.
• Do not interfere with the service or upload malicious code.

Warranty, liability, and contact

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every wedding, venue, cultural expectation, religious ceremony, or family situation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
