Paid workspace and preparation tools
Eligible paid drafts can be opened through the passwordless My speeches workspace. Paid tools also include browser-only print/PDF and cue-card layouts, a session-only preparation checklist, and an optional wedding-date reminder plan. Reminder consent is separate from marketing, off by default, and can be stopped from the paid draft.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Email address, when needed for purchases, support, or backup recovery links.
- Speech form inputs, including names, relationship details, style preferences, and anecdotes you enter.
Information collected automatically
- IP address for rate limiting and security.
- Device or browser signals for abuse prevention and Turnstile verification where enabled.
- Privacy-light analytics events, page views, heatmaps, and session diagnostics after consent.
- A normalized checkout email and hashed access/session tokens for the paid workspace; an optional wedding date and 7/3/1-day reminder choices; and fixed-code feedback or client-error events after analytics consent.
Information we do not collect
- We do not store payment card details.
- We do not collect physical address or phone number by default.
- We do not use your email for marketing unless you explicitly opt in.

AI-generated content
Your form inputs may be sent to AI providers to generate speech drafts. AI-generated drafts should be reviewed, edited, and personalized before delivery. WeddingSpeechKit does not promise a perfect speech or guarantee any reaction from guests.
You retain rights to your inputs and generated drafts. We do not use your private speech content for marketing without permission.

Microsoft Clarity is loaded only after analytics consent. Sensitive generator fields, recovery and checkout email fields, workspace lists, wedding dates, reminder controls, and generated draft text are marked for masking so session diagnostics do not expose speech content, names, email addresses, or wedding dates.
Google Analytics 4, Umami, Plausible, Microsoft Clarity, and first-party analytics are intended to load only after analytics consent. Cloudflare may still process essential request and security data as the hosting and security provider.
Retention
- Unpurchased form inputs and generated drafts are normally retained for up to 24 hours and stop being available after that period. If checkout starts before expiry, fulfillment inputs, generated draft content, and minimum order linkage may remain while the provider reports pending or processing, a local cancellation is not yet provider-terminal, or provider status cannot yet be confirmed. They are cleared after a confirmed unsuccessful terminal state plus up to 1 hour of reconciliation grace. If the provider does not return a terminal state, retention may exceed 24 hours. This does not extend free preview access; a browser-local preview reference may remain on the same device for up to 7 days.
- A current paid draft is retained for 12 months from its most recent access or edit. We do not currently promise a proactive expiry reminder.
- Up to 10 earlier versions are retained for 30 days.
- Recovery links are single-use and expire after 30 minutes.
- Workspace access links are single-use and expire after 30 minutes; workspace sessions expire after 30 days and can be revoked. Opening the workspace list does not renew every draft.
- The reminder plan is optional and off by default. Its wedding date and 7/3/1-day choices are stored separately from marketing consent. You can stop the plan from the paid draft.
- A deleted paid draft becomes inaccessible immediately and can be restored from the same device for 7 days before primary deletion. Encrypted backups may persist for up to 30 additional days and are not available for recovery.
- Purchase records may be retained for payment, refunds, tax, and fraud prevention.
- Paid recovery tokens expire automatically and are used only to reopen paid drafts.
- Rate-limit and abuse-prevention records are kept only as long as needed.
- Raw product analytics events are kept for up to 90 days, then deleted or aggregated.
Practice mode uses large text, section controls, and a timer in the current browser tab. It does not access a microphone, record audio, analyze your voice, or score your delivery.
Your rights and contact
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, delete, object to, restrict, or port personal data, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
